The Senior dog recipe follows Acana's natural ethos. It contains 65% meat including fresh Canadian chicken and flounder. The remaining ingredients include carbohydrate-rich butternut squash and pumpkin, to help your dog get slow releasing energy throughout the day as well as the dietary fibre they need to keep their gut moving healthily. There's a number of antioxidant rich superfoods including cranberries and blueberries in this recipe to boost your older dog's immune system. Additionally, ingredients that have anti-inflammatory properties and that are high in Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids have been included in order to help support your dog's joints in their Senior life stage.
